The command is sent to LISTSERV from another ISP. LISTSERV uses its
local LSMTP to deliver messages.

There are no related mail or error files in LISTSERV or LSMTP SPOOL
directories.

I now realize that the mail is lost only to certain ISPs. If I send a
REVIEW command from my ISP, I do not get the LIST file. But from my
YAHOO.COM account, I do. Other users have the same problem, with other
ISPs.

Looking at the log files, there does appear to be a problem. In the
LISTSERV log file, the "Mailed file" entry appears to show an invalid
address prefixed by "> ".

In the LSMTP log file, there are two "sent" entries for the YAHOO.COM
account, but only one for MYISP.COM, verifying that only one message was
sent.
