That's one of the really useful aspects of LISTSERV: the choice is entirely
yours. The default HTML pages are very servicable and useful but they're
not real pretty. What it boils down to is how much you want the LISTSERV
web interface to integrate with your current corporate web presence. The
HTML files, both static and dynamic, are easily modified once you get the
hang of them...although I highly recommend doing all your fiddling on a test
installation and copying the results over to the production install once
they look good.

In our case, we decided that we wanted the LISTSERV pages to look similar to
our website so I made some fairly simple changes to the templates and the
result was quite striking...see for yourself at
http://listserv.towersoft.com.au/cgi-bin/WA.EXE. It wasn't a huge departure
from the original format but it certainly made things look different. Our
website has recently gone through a change of look so I'll be going back
into LISTSERV and swapping it over to the current style. Now that I know
what to look for I expect it'll only be about 2 hours work.
