I've corresponded with this guy before, and he seems to be
unrepentant and unwilling to change his ways.
 
What I did was (a) SERVE OFF the addresses and then (b) the
'postmaster' mail is forwared to me, and I run procmail (very handy
tool) with a recipe that auto-trashes mail from Listserv saying
that mail from that specific userid has been forwarded...
