I have a LARGE list here which urgently needs peers.  It has grown to the
point that the list of subscribers who receive their mail via BSMTP is so
large that the file generated and sent to the MAILER overflows it's buffer.
 
The list, CCMAN-L is a Chinese Newsletter.  Postings consist of a single
newsletter (approx 1000 lines) sent several times a month, and an occasional
administrative message.  The actual posting is sent as a UUENCODED graphics
file and requires special software on the recipients end to read it, since
it is written in chinese, using chinese characters.
 
The list currently has over 2000 subscribers and the only list is here at
UGA.  It is edited, and has an active owner who takes care of it.  This list,
for all it's size, gives me less trouble as a postmaster than many of the
other lists I currently have.
 
I would like to get peers in each of the BITNET CORE regions, as well as
a couple in EARN and a couple in NETNORTH.
 
If you can help, please drop me a note.  I'll send you back a list header
to be installed on your listserv, and then, in a couple of days when
everything is in place, I'll explode the list.
