The answer is that CSNEWS@MAINE is kicking out a whole lot of files, and
it is not using LISTSERV DISTRIBUTE to cut down the load. Also, several
ARPA mailing lists seem to have decided to send their files in thru MITVMA,
and none are using LISTSERV either. This results in a large load of small
files.
