      I am currently in the process of establishing a mailing list for a
not-for-profit organization, the First Millennial Foundation.  The First
Millennial Foundation is an organization that is striving to begin the
1000-year space colonization process that is outlined in founder Marshall
T. Savage's visionary book, _The_Millennial_Project_, now in its second
edition.
 
      Our current efforts are focused on the creation of several
experimental earth-based colonies, the first on the island of St. Croix in
the USVI, which will prepare us to undertake the construction of step two
of our project, a floating sea-colony called Aquarius.
 
      We feel that a mailing list would be a good way at this point to
facilitate communication within our organization and advance our plans.
However, we do not at this time have any members who own servers capable of
maintaining our list 12 months a year.  Thus, we would be appreciative of
any donations of mailserver space that we could use for our mailing list.
