Hello,

I keep getting this message when I try to look at the system changelog:

File "SYSTEM.CHANGELOG" is registered in LISTSERV's file catalog, but
the
physical file is not present.

I think I set it up right but obviously did something wrong.  Where do
you set up the System.Changelog?  Which configuration file?  Etc.?

I've gone through the manual but cannot find anything to give me the
answers.  Oh, I'm new to Listserv, if that was showing through enough.

Any help or documentation nudge would be appreciated.
