My listserv has been having a tiff with [log in to unmask] (I believe)
finally trying to end with "You are being ignored.  Nyah nyah nyah."
 
Unfortunately, Listserv has this internal need to send back a mail message
when a job has ended, so all the time that the mail from Listserv to
DELIVR was bouncing back and Listserv was ignoring DELIVR, Listserv
was sending an empty mail message to [log in to unmask]
 
(You can try it yourself...Give Listserv 10 bogus commands, then send mail
to Listserv with another command, and you'll get a mail message back.)
