One option available to you is to run your own copy of LISTSERV.  You
 can even get a free evaluation copy via anonymous FTP.  Since LISTSERV
 runs on a variety of UNIX platforms including non-commercial systems
 like Linux, that could be a reasonable option.  If you'd like more

 If you want to get a copy of the package instead of chatting, :) you'll
 find it on Internet hosts RISC.UA.EDU, FTP.SPC.COM and SEGATE.SUNET.SE.
 In all cases, after logging in as "anonymous" look in the "listserv"
 directory.
