I have nothing to contribute to the thread on your mail delivery problem,
however, there is another error in your go.user file which may create other
problems, after you get this one resolved.

The LOCAL statement is a list of hosts and/or domains, not email addresses.

If all email addresses in your organization are in the form:

        [log in to unmask]

your LOCAL statement should read:

        LOCAL="datacom-equipment.com"

If any email addresses in your organization are in the form:

        [log in to unmask]

where "somewhere" represents a valid hostname or subdomain name in the
datacom-equipment.com domain, your LOCAL statement should read:

        LOCAL="datacom-equipment.com *.datacom-equipment.com"
