Try using

        ADD yourlist-l [log in to unmask] * PW=whatever
                                           ^
instead.

The "*" means "no name available". If LISTSERV already knows someone's
name, it fills in the name for you. Otherwise it leaves it blank (or as
<no name available> or some such). This also works in bulk add jobs.
