A while back someone was talking about a VMS-based LISTSERV that could
actually peer with ones on VM.  Haven't heard much about it recently.
 
If you're after something that provides similar facilities, there are two
products available - VMSSERV and MAILSERV.  An inquery to INFO-VAX should
point you to where you can get them.
