Who is responsible for the document LISTSERV GROUPS?
 
Why are there so many lists not documented in LISTSERV GROUPS?
 
 
 
Wouldn't it be a good idea if every public list was documented in
LISTSERV GROUPS so that a general user would have to reference as far
as brief descriptions of the available lists?
