I recommend that all Listserv postmasters issue:
 
SERVE [log in to unmask] OFF
 
to their servers.
 
I have counted the number of SIGNOFF * ( NETWIDE requests from this
user as follows:

Nearly 200 individual global signoff requests in a single week seems a bit
excessive. >8-(((
