I have been asked to include this package on the Workshop tools tape.
I have obtained it from LISTSERV and find a copyright notice.
I have heard that this is "public domain" software.
Can someone give me the real situation and (hopefully) get
permission from Prudential (I think that they were the owners)
to put it on the Workshop tools tape.
 
I need to know ASAP (drop dead date is 1800 GMT on 03 June).
 
**** And, while I am on the subject, if anyone has any contributions
for the Workshop tools tape, please send them to WORKSHOP@BYUADMIN
before the above deadline.
