Although I think the removal of the abbreviation of 'I' would help, a better
solution would be to have a 'user command threshold' - a static limit that
is set high enough to not to bother any user, for example, 1000 commands per
day. It is risky NOT to have a such limit. Note that there is already a such
limit for GET commands.
 
At the same time, it would be desirable to have a variable that lists
the users that CAN exceed this limit; to ensure that "trusted" servers
are never served off.  -turgut
