This is Lotus Notes way of saying "550 No such user".  If you have reason
to believe the user actually is there, then
 a) the Notes server is incorrectly configured and does not recognize this
address, or
 b) the address is on the server but under a slightly different form.

In the case of b) you can modify your subscription command to the farm as
it actually exists on the Notes server (assuming you can find out what that
is).  This may require the user to contact their Notes Admin.

In the case of a) the user must seek help from their Notes Admin.

Since seeking help from the Notes Admin is a common element in both cases,
I would sugget you pursue that course.  It is clear that the address you
have added will not work as is.
