I missed the earlier part of this discussion but I think that I must
side with Harry on the issue of restricting peer lists to backbone nodes.
Whereas it may have some advantages it presupposes that the backbone node
is the most active node re listserv. This is often not the case. Some very acti
ve sites are out on a leaf. I would have thought that the more peered lists
we had the better for us all.
