Start checking your logs.

1) Check listserv.log - did Listserv actually *send* them a posting?

2) Check your listserv's MTA logs - did it receive the posting from listserv?

3) Check your MTA logs - did it forward the posting to another server?  If not,
why not?  If it did, what server did it send it to?

4) Contact the owner of THAT server.

5) Repeat 3 and 4 until you either find the mail, or an explanation.
