Number 1, update Sendmail, even though that's NOT the problem.  The oldest
Sendmail I can possibly recommend is 8.9.3, older are *NOT* suitable for use
in today's Internet (due to spamming and related problems).  8.10.2 or 8.11.0
are the versions to install.

Number 2, the problem isn't Sendmail - from your mail header:

X-mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 5.50.4133.2400

You have to configure Outlook Express to not wrap the lines.

No, I don't use it, so I dont know how...
