For some reason, LISTSERV is having trouble connecting to the outbound
mail server as defined at SMTP_FORWARD in your site configuration
(site.cfg).

Check the SMTPS#n-yyyymmdd.LOG file for the day in question.  This log
records errors that LISTSERV encounters when it tries to hand off outbound
mail to the above-mentioned server.

If you don't know what to make of the error, post it here and someone may
be able to shed some light on it for you.
