No, you should have created those directories manually. From a
subscriber's point of view, they will never know the difference, but
clumping all the index files for all your lists in one directory seems
difficult to manage to me, but if you're okay with it, than I don't think
its worth fixing as long as you don't exceed any limitation Windows has
for the number of files that can be kept in an individual directory.
