1) SIZELIM= and ATTACHMENTS= may interact e.g., attachments may be elided and the message distributed
otherwise.

2) list-owners are not inherently notified of either error and perhaps not any error (see 3) )

3) ERRORS-TO: control the receipt of some errors

4) Auto-delete= controls the timing and appearance of some errors

5) poster (sender) may receive some indication of certain errors esp. 1) above

6) anti-spam filters (either at the LISTSERV site or the receiver's site) may affect the presentation
of some errors
