It certainly did :-)
 
Just for my one list alone [Y-RIGHTS], I received dozens upon
dozens of "Cannot Deliver for 4 hours... Cannot Deliver for
3 days...", as well as a backlash of lots of messages :-)
 
But its wonderful to see it up and running again!  I was
getting worried!

            ORDAINED discussion group on their LISTSERV?
 
            I'm familiar with "listowner"-ing and just need
            a home before starting writing the welcome
