I assume  you have  a list  associated with  the FILELIST,  otherwise the
meaning of "service-area" is not defined. If so you can try:
 
*+ XYZ= Allow:Service
 
Note  that this  is a  kludge  ('Allow:' stands  for LSVALLOW,  obviously
you're talking about things you are allowing when you define a FAC :-) ).
It only works in 1.6 by the way.
