You can find out what mailing lists you are subscribed to on a
particular server by using the

        Q *

command.  You can set yourself to NOMAIL for all mailing lists on the
server by using the

        SET * NOMAIL

command.  (A site admin or listowner can do this for others via "Q *
FOR email@address" and "SET * NOMAIL FOR email@address".)
