I am the moderator of a small list for a non-profit freelance writers
group in Canada (Periodical Writers Association of Canada). Our old system
operator bit the dust recently and I am in need of a new host for our
list.
 
If anyone can help (ie volunteer to run the list or suggest where I can
look) I would be greatly appreciative. A receipt for tax purposes can be
arranged if desired and you may get some exposure being connected to a
group who writes for publications all over the world.
 
The volume is small, under 10 message per day and usually much lower.
Membership is about 50 and has a potential of under 300.
