I may have a munged template somewhere.

I am seeing a lot of these GET requests... none of them have any apparent
affect on the user interface (a bit hit with users on multiple lists, BTW):

GET /cgi-bin/&HEADER;
GET /archives/&HEADER;

Any idea on where to start to look?
