My previous piece of mail include the following instructions.  I assumed
you would have gotten that before this one.  Those on LSTSRV-L would not
have seen that because I did not post to that list whereas you did so
I'll include the instructions again for their benefit.  Send mail to
[log in to unmask] with the following text in the body of the message
 
sub cren-list firstname lastname
