I believe the above difference can occur with any of the
"Default-Options=" that now apply to non-subscribers, such as ACK and a
few others. The Default-Options=Repro, for example, does not apply to
non-subscribers so it isn't honoured for list A subscribers when mail is
sent to list B, the super list.
