Perhaps the simplest way to control ACKS is to use the ACK option of the
MAIL command; LISTSERV currently detects it and eats it, but I assume
this could be used as a flag and be retained *only* for peer lists.
This the only easy solution for the user, as hacking the RFC882 header
is a pain without an XEDIT macro.
