Hello Net,
  My site is engaged in future planning for our systems and our connections
to the outside world.  We have been discussing (amoung ourselves) about
becoming a backbone server, if the powers that be concur.  We are unfamiliar
with the pros/cons of becoming a backbone server.  I would appreciate any
insight as to the advantages/disadvantages and extra responsibilities that
accompany a backbone server.  Thx for your replies.
