RE: Adding a lone AOL subscriber/owner to a local list.

I was able to successfully ADD the subscribers AOL address so that he can
post messages, but I think I'll also need to list his AOL address as a
QUIET owner address so he'll be able to send commands from home or from
work.  I'll test this out with the list owner.
