Thank you very much for passing my letter on to Professor Roses! He has
already responded, and I have passed his letter on to my wife who is very
excited about corresponding with him from her own code (SPANISH@TAUNIVM -
she is in the Spanish department at Tel Aviv University; actually, she IS
the Spanish department).
 
Regarding my notes about 'Validate= All commands' and your comments, please
note that commands are accepted when you use this parameter ONLY FROM THE
SAME COMPUTER. That is, users at EB0UB011 can send list-changing commands
for list CIUB-L, but if I were on the list, I could not make changes like
SET CIUB-L NOMAIL.
