Using Listserv 1.8b as the shareware distribution on a dial up connection I
have to start and stop the program fairly frequently. All seem well but I
see the message...
 
* There are  2 jobs  still to  be processed and  2 held  jobs waiting  to
be
* released.
 
...every time I shut down. I looked in spool but nothing intelligible in
there, the list is not held (tried a release command). Any ideas how I can
release the held jobs when I am on line ?
