A list owner, here, is getting too many messages from users sending
LISTSERV commands to the *list*. He would like a comment line to be placed
in the header of all outgoing mail for his list.   Something like...
 
Comment:      To UNSUBscribe, do NOT send the command to the list JAPAN-L,
              send it to [log in to unmask]
 
Is there a way of telling listserv to place a *predefined comment* in the
mail header of all files sent to the recipients of a list ?
