Performing a CMS RECEIVE on the same files as requested from TSO/E
system, encounters no problem.
 
I have also received word from James Bradshaw at CLEMSON (JAMES@CLEMSON)
that they have experienced the same problems.
 
So this is not limited TSO/E at OHSTMVSA (and to think I was ready to bash
my MVS coworkers).
