Regarding this poignant message:

> o.k. you guys..... this isn't a chain letter, but a choice for all of
> us to save a little girl that's dieing of a serious and fatal form of
> cancer...

I hate to be a kill-joy, but this is a hoax and nothing more. It is
dressed up a little differently, but it is just another variation on
the theme first made famous by the "Good Times" virus hoax. The goal
of the person who started this hoax was to see how many people could
be deceived into passing it on.

This is the part that is a dead giveaway:

> ...because with every name that this is semnt to, the american
> cancer society will donate 3 cents per name to her treatment and
> recovery plan...

Think it over: How would the American Cancer Society have any way of
finding out how many names the message was sent to? And why would a
charitable organization that RECEIVES donations suddenly turn around
and start giving the funds away? Since their funds are collected for
research, they would probably be guilty of misappropriation of funds
if they did something like that.

For heaven's (and the American Cancer Society's) sake, DON'T pass that
message on to anyone else. Let it die with you. And may heaven help
the person that started this fraudulent message, should any of us ever
find out who they are!
