I can't seem to find the cause of this problem which results whenever a
(specific) recently created FILELIST is accessed (INDEX, GET or otherwise).
This error is mailed to the postmaster:
 
Error 100 from LSVDACC while preparing FILELIST: "Disk L is not a
fixed-access disk."
 
Here are the MDISK. lines (minus real CUU) from LOCAL SYSVARS:
 
MDISK.000 = '* N W L 85 100 //000: BIT driver package.'
MDISK.000 = '* N W L 90 100 //000: SSC HEPLIB files.'
 
The FILELIST in question has its files stored on the HEPLIB disk.
