Greetings,

I recently created a new list, where I, along with 12 other people, am an
owner and editor.  Any of us try and post a message to the list, and get the
following error mailed to us:

                You are not authorized to post to the GIS-UNIX-Announce
list.

Any suggestions on where I should start troubleshooting?
