Problem with MSN.COM?

Is anyone else experiencing a problem with delivering Listserv mail to
subscribers who use MSN.COM for their email? Over the past 24 hours or so,
I have gotten several messages like the one that appears below:

CNAME lookup failed temporarily. (#4.4.3)
I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.
