hahahaha, yes.  Good luck!!  I think it took us 2 weeks to get them to believe that we were a real business, not spammers, and that our client actually wanted the output.   

First step is to have your users complain.  AOL won't do anything if you tell them to remove them from their list.  You need to have them hear it from their cutomers.

It sucks.

Hi all,

It appears that AOL is blocking one of our lists from distribution to their
members. Does anyone have any experience getting AOL to unblock a list?
