Program files are now coming to me from at least three different people
for various reasons for LISTSERV.  Would it be possible for all these
people to find a common format to distribute these files in?  I'd even
go along with the NETDATA format I so much dislike if it meant that I
didn't have to READCARD a file first to see its format (peek doesn't
always indicate).  I am having only about a 55% success rate in just
guessing the format.
