I don't subscribe to any lists on the two listservs mentioned, but I do
receive libpln-l from qucdn.   All msgs on it have been received in
duplicate for over a week.  I can't say that all members get all in
duplicate, but many have complained of that.  The listowner is reportedly
lookinhg into it, but it continues as of last msg received a few hours
ago.  All msgs are duplicated, including ones I submit (I have set repro),
in case that gives anyone a clue.
