I have a list here that I would like to distribute in two formats
 
1) Standard list with immediate posting
2) Digest format once a week
 
Can I set the notebook for weekly, and then once a week run a job to cook the
notebook into a digest format?  It sounds logical, but has anyone developed
the code necessary to change a notebook into the digest?
 
If not can someone point me to the RFC that defines what a digest should
contain?
