I  fully support  the idea  of a  'DESCRIBE' command,  wich would  only send  a
descriptive  text, and  never  forward anything  to the  peers.  I find  myself
often reviewing  lists only to  get the description, and  then, if I  forget to
state that I only want a local  review.... you probably know what happens.. /AF
