We are hallucinating putting a 1-800-xxx-xxxx public Bulletin Board
gatewaying thru RSCS so LISTSERV could talk to it.  I need some info
about how to do it, how much it costs (ballpark figure), suggestions,
etc.  Please respond directly to me.  All comments appreciated.
If you have produced such a product from a similar hallucination
(or know someone who has) in the Washington, D.C. or Virginia or
Maryland or Pennsylvania, we'd like to visit.
