Is LISTSERV registered as a service?  Check the "Services" applet in the
control panel.  If "LISTSERV (Main Server)" is not listed, simply go to
LISTSERV's MAIN directory and type "LSV DEFINE".  Then restart LSMTP.
In order for LSMTP's LISTSERV extensions to work properly, LSMTP has to
be able to read information that LISTSERV places in the registry when
LISTSERV is registered as a service.
