I have a rather young LISTSERV here, which I have until now been the
only list owner on.  Today I was supposed to turn over ownership to
one of the new list owners, and we ended up with a problem.  The list
is a closed list (for a committee) and all the list members have
already been added.  His primary responsibility will be to do file
adding.
 
I went over to do training for him, after updating the list header to
list Owner = JOLEWIS@SAMFORD, but when we try to do a GET listname FILELIST
(CTL, it tells him that he is unauthorized to get a CTL version.
 
What have I done wrong?
