This may happen  when you re-TAG and  TRANSFER a S&F file to  RSCS. The origin
userid@node  will  be lost  and  will  become  RSCS@localnode, and  of  course
RSCS@UWAVM is  not a  trusted source  at OREGON1 (note  that in  this context,
'trusted source' means mailer/gateway/mail-daemon,  not RSCS machine). I don't
know what happened, but to me it would seem that the file origin has been lost
before reaching node OREGON1.
